Andrew “Avi” Greenbaum

Andrew is at the helm of innovation and strategy at Triple Double Investents, leading a dynamic team that brings nearly two decades of expertise in real estate development and management. With a keen focus on the medical and commercial office sectors, as well as notable hotel-to-residential conversion projects, Andrew and his team excel at maximizing project value through adaptive reuse, lease-up strategies, and thoughtful renovations.
 

Throughout his illustrious career, Andrew has successfully bought, built, and managed over 4,000 residential units and more than 6 million square feet of commercial space. His wealth of experience in acquisition, management, development, corporate operations, and finance allows him to navigate the complexities of the real estate landscape with ease.

 

Before founding Triple Double, Andrew played a pivotal role as a founder and principal at Hudson Capital, a Miami-based mixed-use developer specializing in both residential and commercial rental properties. With a portfolio that surpassed $1 billion in commercial properties, Andrew was instrumental in driving acquisitions, finance, and operations. His close collaborations with institutions, brokers, and property owners have consistently identified value-add opportunities that elevate projects to new heights.

Beyond real estate, Andrew’s breadth of experience includes serving as principal and director of Washington Mortgage, a mortgage banking joint venture with Wells Fargo. This role allowed him to deepen his understanding of financial strategies and operational efficiencies within the real estate sector.
 

Andrew’s financial acumen is further supported by his extensive trading background. He has held FINRA (NASD) Series 7, 63, and 55 licenses, using these credentials to engage in diverse financial products, commodities, and derivatives trading. In 2000, he founded Spectrum Capital Partners LLC, a trading firm that expanded to 200 employees and ultimately merged with a NYSE firm in 2002, showcasing his ability to thrive in fast- paced financial environments.
 

In 1998, Andrew co-founded Foundation Source, a groundbreaking financial service software firm that has emerged as the largest administrator of private charitable foundations in the U.S. Starting with just $20 million in venture capital, Foundation Source ballooned to over $10 billion in assets under administration before being sold for over $110 million. This venture underscored Andrew’s knack for identifying and cultivating opportunities that lead to substantial success.
 

A graduate of Yeshiva University with a BA and Brooklyn Law School with a JD, Andrew combines his legal expertise with practical business strategies to drive results for his clients and stakeholders.
